We have a space opening up in our house starting July 1! This room is attached to a second room, which would be a great office/hobby room, and its own bathroom
About the house
Amenities: central heat and air, gas stove, shared den/office space, washer & dryer, fenced yard, patio, dishwasher, garage
There are currently 2 cats in the house. They are very friendly and well behaved. We are not super opposed to other animals, but all pets have to be approved by the landlord. No dogs.
Location: 1 block from Trader Joe’s, 1.5 miles from downtown/OSU
The roommates: Kinsley (they/she) late 20s, professional, owner of the cats. Like gardening, crafting, baking, and going on long walks.
Chase (He/Him) Mid 20’s, student at Oregon State. Enjoys hiking, gardening, reading when free time is available.
