Charming room in an artist’s home

I’m looking for a fully employed renter in my home. Monthly rent is $950. This includes all utilities: water/ waste, electricity, gas, WiFi.. Amenities: spacious and gorgeous backyard, nice park down the street, quiet and gated community, shopping about 10 min from here, laundry room, good storage in pantry and fridge, nice breakfast nook, I-25 and 599 freeways just minutes away. I’m looking for a person that is employed and has rented before and aware of what is involved in sharing a home. Peace, tranquility and quiet are important to me and look for the same in a renter.
