I’m looking for someone to take my spot at my apartment! The room is super cozy, has a full closet, a window with lots of natural light and ceiling fan! The apartment has a balcony, dishwasher, in-unit laundry, and a shared bathroom! Nice neighborhood with walking paths & nearby lots of restaurants and shopping! My roommate is super chill and looking for another female roommate without pets because she has a cat! Room is unfurnished currently and would be about $550/month, water and trash included, electric and internet utilities separate. Lmk if you’re interested:))
