I’m a working professional and part-time parent to an awesome elementary-aged kiddo, hoping to create a calm, grounded, respectful home environment that balances connection and personal space. LGBTQ+ affirming and kid-friendly home. Available is a large private basement bedroom with lots of storage, a private bathroom, and a private kitchenette with sink, mini fridge, and stove/oven. The basement also includes a large shared TV/living room, dining table area, exercise space, and shared laundry. Upstairs is a full galley kitchen and dining room that can also be shared if desired. Large fenced yard with potential to welcome a dog. Located in Missoula in a peaceful residential area with easy parking and a warm, home-centered atmosphere. Looking for someone reliable, communicative, emotionally mature, and comfortable in a family-style living environment rather than purely transactional housing. $1000 flat rate.
