Looking for girls only since we want to maintain an all female residence. Notable features of possessing a large backyard and garden, close to parks and open space, and new renovations and appliances. Looking for additional roommates from 6 months to a year starting August 1st in rooms included in pictures. Rent is $775 a month including utilities and Wi-Fi. No pets allowed unfortunately with the exception of fish and reptiles.
