Hello Los Angeles POC-QTs and Creative Fam! There is a room available in my Arts & Crafts duplex in Mid-City. RENT: $950 + Utilities (Internet, Gas, Electric avg. $150). No Deposit if you move in by July 1st. MOVE-IN DATES: June 1st – July 1st, 2026 The Room: Second FLR - 120 sq ft with north-facing windows and a 6.5x3 ft mirrored closet with built-in shelving. The second largest room in the house - shares a second-floor restroom with one other roommate. Location: Mid-City near Western and Washington. Walking distance from a Food4Less Grocery Store, Speakeasy Gym, and the 33/30/35/207 buses. Roomies: Jory Drew (@j24r5w), Maya Daniels (@mayalopolis), and Carlos [REDACTED]). 🐶: We are currently a no pet household but we are open to living with a dog. You: This house is centered on open communication, generosity, and mindful consideration. We are looking for people who are orderly, present, and actively interested in cultivating community within the home. Someone who is comfortable sharing space, blending friend groups, and excited about celebrations…game nights… and dinner parties. Applicants must have a 650+ credit score and no derogatory items charge-offs, past due accounts, or collections.
