Looking for place urgently!

I am a 32 year old female with a full time job, looking for a place to rent urgently. I am currently living with a friend and her child, but I cannot continue living with the constant temper tantrums. I am looking for a quiet, clean and bug free place to stay. I am not positive on how long I am looking to stay, as I may choose to live in a different state soon. I just need something else in the meantime to stay sane lol. I'm a property manager, so I really need a stress free living situation. Deal breakers for me are if your unit is dirty, you smoke anything at all, you have kids and there is a pest problem. Doesn't matter what type of pest. I am super reasonable otherwise, friendly, I clean up after myself, and try to take up as little space as possible. My credit is not the greatest right now due to things that have happened in my past and I am trying to repair. But I can provide you with proof that I make rental payments on time. I hope to find the best person soon!
