Room for rent, large house w/ pool

I am looking to rent a room in my home in Chandler. The room is 110sq ft. and would be a shared bathroom with one other. Rent is $900 and utilities is split 3 ways but never to exceed $200 ea. House is 1900sq ft in a quiet Chandler neighborhood with a pool and all the amenities you’d expect from a single family home. I’m looking for someone who’s fairly chill and has a steady income. No kids (living with) or couples please. I prefer no pets, though I may make an exception for a quiet dog. Smoking outside okay.
