30-year-old professional relocating from out of state seeking a furnished room or roommate-share. Ideal move-in date is July 1, 2026, though I'm flexible for the right opportunity. Preferably seeking female roommates, but open to respectful male roommates in a similar age range who value communication, cleanliness, and a peaceful shared living environment. She is 7 years old, very smart and sweet, house-trained, up to date on vaccinations and preventive treatments. She is naturally alert and protective and may be vocal around unfamiliar people or pets at first. Still, she does very well with gradual introductions and is affectionate once she becomes comfortable. I always supervise introductions with new animals and prioritize responsible pet ownership.
