Hello everyone, I am a 43 Male, there is currently a 45 Male and a Dog living here, but they plan to move out by June 19th. 2 Private rooms for rent in the El Cerrito/City Heights area.
2 Private rooms for rent in the El Cerrito/City Heights area. I am renting out 2 of my spare Bedrooms in my 4-bed 3-bath townhouse. This would require you to share the bathroom. The bedrooms I am renting out are the 2 upstairs bedrooms designated as Bedroom 2 and 3 in the layout photos, and Bath 2 is the shared bathroom. Bedroom 2 is roughly 10’x12, and Bedroom 3 is 10’x10’. You would be allowed access to the Kitchen, living room, and Backyard. The only real restriction would be the bedrooms. This house is located in the El Cerritos area, inside a gated community about 3 miles from SDSU. This house was recently remodeled, so the floors, appliances, Kitchen, and most of the bathroom are new. Current Bedroom 2 is available now, while I expect Bedroom 3 to be vacated by mid-June. My price of $1,300.00 has already includes the cost of Trash, Water, Electricity, gas, and Internet. The only additional monthly cost to you would be any extras you want. Currently, the rooms are Unfurnished. If you need a furnished room, that could be discussed.
