💫Looking for a Roommate for the second bedroom in my home starting June 10! $1,000/month all utilities included. (6 month minimum)💫 The room is unfurnished. (The photo of the room with the bed is my bedroom) Damage deposit required (the equivalent of one month rent) Shared access to the bathroom, kitchen, living room, and washer/dryer in the home. The house is located in Central Oak Park, adjacent to Kenwood…biking distance to Grand Central Brewhouse, Beach Town Yoga, and just a few blocks from the Pinellas Trail 🚴🏼♀️. It’s also only about 10 minutes to downtown St. Pete and 10 minutes to the beach 🌴☀️ A little about me: I’m a corporate girly. I work a 9-5. I’m in the office in the morning and work from home in the afternoons from my bedroom. I live a very active lifestyle and enjoy biking, running, swimming, Pilates, yoga, tennis, and salsa dancing 💃🏼🚲🏃🏼♀️🏊🏼♀️🎾 I’m more of a low-key/homebody type during the week…not really into clubbing or bar hopping, though I’ll go out occasionally 😊 I’m happy to be social and friendly, but I also respect personal space and independence. I value a clean, peaceful home environment 🕊️ so I’m looking for someone who is tidy, respectful of shared spaces, and generally easygoing. No dirty dishes piling up or personal items taking over common areas. The shared spaces in the home are already fully furnished and decorated ✨ so additional furniture and decor would need to stay within the rented bedroom only. No parties or overnight guests, please. I’m also allergic to cats and dogs, so unfortunately no pets. Working from home is okay as long as it’s done from the rented bedroom.
