Hi, my name is Oliver. I am a 21-year old grad student looking for a 1 bedroom 1 bath starting very soon! I'm very flexible on start dates and terms, it can be any time from June 1st to July 15th. I'm also open to full 1 year leases as I plan to look for full time work for after my program this summer ends. I'll be moving in with my Fiancée and we're both ideally looking for something in the $2,000 a month range (or less ideally).
