I am searching for someone to take over my lease. I am located at Seveno2 Main. It is located on the corner of 700S and Main Street. Less than a block from 600S Trax station. 1Bed/1BA, Wash/Dryer in unit. Juliet balcony. Need a Media Package on top of rent. Parking is extra, but not required. Insane and amazing amenities. (I have attached two numbers of pricing -the smaller 1,667 is with all fees for the property, and the larger number is for the price with the parking and storage fees). The rent is 1400 (before all other property fees). The apartment has normal wear and tear from my living in it for three years, and you will not have to pay move in costs or a deposit I believe because you would be added as a roommate and I would be taken off the lease and it would be yours.
