Hey everyone!
My roommates Hali, Camila, and I are looking for a clean, respectful fourth roommate to fill the last room in our house, located in Sunnyside / Chaffee Park, just 5 minutes from downtown. The neighborhood is walkable and bikeable to the Highlands and LoHi, making it a great central location.
The house includes a dedicated office/work-from-home space, three driveway parking spots, and free street parking. The room is available starting June 1st and the lease runs through June 2027.
Rent is $750/month + utilities (utilities average around $70/month or less). The house is fully furnished except for the bedroom and offers plenty of storage throughout.
