All utilities/internet are included with rent. I have one room available for rent. Looking for one roommates only(no couples). Home is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood in Lakewood, just minutes to the Seal Beach pier, and minutes to Cal State Long Beach! Looking for a responsible roommate that will fit in with us that currently live here: full time long term job, sociable, clean, and respectable. The room is available to move in now. No pets! Security deposit will be the same as one month’s rent. Plenty of driveway parking and tons of parking on the street in front of our home. Can’t wait to meet you! *Must sign a 6 month lease*
