Relocating from Austin, TX

Hi! I'm seeking a room for rent for about 6 - 9 months while I get established in The Fayetteville area. I work remotely, so my main requirement is high speed internet. In addition to my WFH corporate job, I'm an artist and musician.
I'm fairly laid back and tend to keep to myself. I enjoy cooking. I always clean up after myself in the kitchen and bathroom, and I won't leave my belongings around the place. I'm respectful and nice to other people. My only deal breaker is that I'm allergic to dogs. So, unless it's a hypo-allergenic breed, I just can't. Cats are cool...no allergy there. I know...my allergist teased me saying it was weird to have a dog allergy, but no cat allergy. I'm a good communicator and I do my best to be empathetic and respectful of other people's personal boundaries.
