Private Room for Rent, Northern KY

Hello! I am a homeowner living in Northern Kentucky (about 15 minutes south of Florence and 25 minutes south of Cincinnati proper). I rent out a couple of the spare rooms in my house. Besides the private room, renters have a full bathroom and use of the laundry room, kitchen, and social rooms. Parking is available in the driveway (depending on schedules) or the road.
