Open room in newer build house

Currently renting one of the two rooms out the upstairs. There is one 1 full bathroom so it will be a SHARED bathroom though there is a half bath downstairs as well. (15 to 20 minutes from Downtown and Airport) Utilities (electric, water, lawn, internet, etc.) split between everyone. (avg $100 to150 post split) (one room already occupied with a Female tenant so must be ok with co-ed) About me and the current roommate: Young working professionals looking (mid and late twenties) looking for responsible and clean roommate. I work a lot during the week so either in office or out with friends.
