Amazing Cherry Creek location (5mins east of the Cherry Creek mall). -Centrally located to all the city amenities. -Furnished (basement) bedroom. -Available July 1st, 2026. -Private entrance and own bathroom; it is vintage but has it's own charm. -Lovely living room area for you to hangout in directly outside of your bedroom as shown in the pictures. -Microwave, mini fridge and Kureg provided in room, kitchen not accessible. -Month to month lease. -30 day Notice to Vacate must be given at the 1st of the month, regardless of move in date, more notice than 30 days is always welcome but it is a 2 month commitment. -All utilities included, $950 a month. -$500 deposit ($250 NON refundable/$250 refundable if the stay is more than 3 months).
