Hi! I’m looking for a tenant to take over my lease at The Flats on University near George Mason University from May/June through July 31.

• Private bedroom + private bathroom in a furnished 4-bedroom apartment (D2 layout)
• Largest room in the unit
• Very quiet and private location in the apartment
• Bright room with lots of natural sunlight
• In-unit washer & dryer included
• Shared kitchen and living room
• Gym, pool, study rooms, and community amenities included
• Around 5 minutes to GMU by bus
• Walking distance to Safeway & 7-Eleven

Rent is around $1,250/month.
The lease is renewable for the fall semester if you’d like to stay longer.

I can also leave extra items for free (desk, trash can, daily essentials, etc.) if wanted 😊
