Hi! I’m looking for a new roommate to share my 3b 2b patio townhouse in downtown Huntington Beach. The room will be unfinished. The 3rd bedroom is set up as a guest room/office. There is ample storage in the garage. You have a private entrance and own bath, with full house privileges, including the wrap around backyard. I’m am a few short blocks to the ocean and the same to Main Street downtown. There are 5 pools, two clubhouses and it’s in a very friendly and safe neighborhood. Serious inquiries, please.
