Cary Roommate Wanted

Looking for a female roommate close to my age, to rent out the second bedroom in my apartment starting June 1st. (Move in date can be flexible). Located off of Tryon road near Cary Crossroads. I have never paid more than $890 (depending on the water usage) in rent. Normally ranges from $870-$880. Everything is included in rent except the Duke Energy bill, that will be separate. You will be required to apply to the complex and put your name on the lease. The lease is up December 15th, and looking for someone to stay for the remainder. You will have your own walk-in closet, bathroom. We have a spacious patio. I’m located on the first floor. In unit washer dryer, dishwasher. Has its own office space. Lots of storage. Maintenance is super prompt. My favorite place I have lived thus far. I have no pets. Apartment is mostly furnished. Really just need your bedroom bathroom things.
