Take over half of lease

Looking for someone to take my roommate’s spot on our lease in our 2 bed/2 bath apartment starting June 1st! The lease goes until April 12th. I am planning to move out by July 1st for a new job but will be happy to help you find someone fill my spot for when I leave! We are located near Epic Universe. We each have a private room, bathroom, and walk in closet. We also have a screened-in balcony. Since you would need to be on the lease for the beginning of June, application must be filled out this week! Send me a message if interested. We each pay about $1,200/month. My cat will be here with me til I leave in July. He gets along well with other animals.
