We are calm and clean females, mid-twenties. Don’t smoke, don’t have any pets and don’t have parties. Just very chill. Looking for fill one room. flexible move-in date. Rooms are huge and have a beautiful view of a park (trees). Rent includes heat hot water electricity internet and laundry! The shared living room is cozy with a skylight and exposed brick walls, we don’t really use it but it is nice to just relax has tons of natural light and a big chair amazing for reading. The kitchen has exposed bricks and stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, disposal, over the range microwave, blenders and coffee makers. The bathroom is super new, has large shower base in it, a big window There is a top-of-the-line washer and dryer as well, located in the corridor of the apartment. The apartment is general is quite large and we all have tons of space and privacy…what else can I say? come meet us!:-) Short commute to Northeastern University, few minutes to Red/Orange Line (Dorchester). Street parking is plenty, FREE, does not require a permit. One of us has allergies so we keep the apartment pet and smoke-free.
