I am looking for a housemate to rent the primary suite (big bedroom, private bath, good size closet) and you'll share the main floor, basement laundry and yard with me and my cat. Across the street from Open Space Trails, short walk to Standley Lake, grocery store, pool hall, etc. Community pool in the summer months. I am a 54-yo professional with a hybrid work schedule. I would want to meet you first. It's important that we are a good fit. I want someone who is cordial and helps with house/yard work. No guns. No smoking of any kind.
