The room features an en-suite bathroom and a walk-in closet, so you have plenty of private space. The apartment is also fully furnished (including a double bed, desk, and sofa), so you wouldn’t need to worry about moving heavy furniture for the summer.
Rent: ~$1450/month (NEGOTIABLE)(May and August rent covered) Apartment Features: Stainless steel appliances, in-unit washer/dryer, and a Smart TV. Amenities: Access to "The Flamingo" fitness center, resident lounge, study rooms, and a rooftop deck. Security: Secure building access and a dedicated package room.
