Roommate Wanted – Palm Springs (Available June 2026) Hello! I’m again looking for a roommate beginning June 2026.I live in a comfortable 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment at Tahquitz Canyon Way near Farrell Dr. in Palm Springs. The available bedroom is 10.5’ x 12’ with walk-in closet and own bathroom with walk-in shower. A covered parking space is also included. I’m hoping to find an easygoing, mature or retired male roommate who is a non-smoker and comfortable sharing space with a friendly cat. I myself am an easygoing retired gay man. Apartment perks: • Conveniently located near downtown Palm Springs, with plenty of dining, culture, and nightlife nearby • Rent is $1,280. per month (covers EVERYTHING: rent, electricity, gas, water, sewage and internet) • Security deposit: $300.00 \The apartment management co. requires a $55.application fee.
