Hi everyone! I have a room available in a rowhome near Fitler Square starting July 1 (move-in date flexible)! Rent would be $1300 per month including utilities. Street parking is pretty easy, and there is in-unit washer and dryer. The home is spacious, with lots of living and storage space. You would be living with my roommate who is a masters student at Penn and her very sweet small dog!
