Offering: I own and occupy the home. The apartment is 1200sqft and very conveniently located in the center of Bayonne. There is a master bedroom, yard, & washer and dryer, and ample storage space. No deposit is required but please have references. The room will be available on May 15th. I am currently in the process of painting the apartment starting with this available bedroom, and then moving onto the kitchen and bathroom. Everything will be completely fresh and move-in ready by then. The apartment is 1200+ sq ft total, 3 BR/1Ba. The available bedroom is a 200sqft master bedroom. It has two closets which provide ample amounts of space for clothing & storage. There is also a room in the center of the apartment to be used as a shared pantry & storage area. There is a large yard and a washer/dryer in the basement. Utilities are separate but we'll split them.
