Need a room late May-August+ poss

I’m starting at PSCC for Cybersecurity in the summer semester. Not bothered if it’s furnished or unfurnished just want to stay at or below $950+ utilities. I’m single, no pets, and new to the area. I’m the type to move in and adjust the the current arrangement instead of trying to make everything adjust around me. We could be tight or never take to each other. I’d prefer to be friends. I race mtb, hike, camp and chill. I rented for 4 years in Washington never had an issue or late on rent. I got a sprinter and travel a lot so I basically need a spot for school nights. I’d prefer male roommates but as long as you’re chill I could care less
