My name is Jennifer, I have a room available in a 3 bedroom apartment. The room has a large closet, windows, its own fridge, and a brand new bed. The apartment has central heat and AC. It is super clean and quiet. We would prefer a roommate who is quiet, respectful, and clean. College students are also welcome. Simple rules: There is no smoking, vaping, unprescribed drugs, weapons, and loud noise past reasonable time ( 10 pm to 9Am) allowed inside or anywhere on property grounds. No overnight guest without approval, no couples. The apartment is located near trains, buses, malls, markets, laudromat, etc.
