Looking for a roommate.

I have a room opening up in June. I live in an upstairs downstairs duplex. 2 living rooms, 1 and half bathrooms. Big back yard and decent kitchen. I work at a hospital. My hours are 2nd shift and I don't get home until late most nights. Looking for someone that has a similar schedule and is a night owl. I'm very clean and tidy. I have a cat. He's insanely friendly and respectful. I love music, planting stuff, being outside, cooking, gaming, etc. I'm okay with a guy or girl roommate.
