Hello! 😊 I’m looking for someone interested in taking over and renewing my lease starting in May (move-in date is flexible, but sometime that month would be ideal). It’s a 1 bed / 1 bath apartment in downtown Salt Lake City, just a couple blocks from Smith’s, Trader Joe’s, and the Trax;super convenient for groceries, food, and getting around. It’s 10 minutes to the U and not traffic dense. The building is a bit older, but it has a lot of character and a cozy, unique feel (definitely not a cookie-cutter apartment).
* Rent: $1,095/month
* Utilities (water + gas): about $90/month (total around $1,185)
* Electric + WiFi: in your own name (my electric bill has never been over ~$30)
* Unfurnished This would require reapplying through the leasing office. I’ve had a really good experience with both the leasing company and the building manager. They’re responsive and keep tenants updated on any maintenance or building-related updates.
