Looking for a roommate $1600 per month Wood Canyon Villa Apartments 3rd floor Looking for a roommate starting June 1st, 2026 $1600 a month plus split utilities (Electricity, High Speed Internet, Gas, Water and Trash) I have a bunch of streaming services that I will make available at no charge. Must have good credit, as you will be added to the lease. Primary Bedroom with full bath plenty of closet space. Not a walk in. Great view outside. Parking Garage for car and some storage. Washer and Dryer in unit Full use of kitchen and living room. (See below regarding living room) I am 55 year old male, who is very easy going. I just ask that you be respectful.
I work full time from home. I work 8-5 Monday through Friday. I have a 16 year old son that lives with me part time. (Every Wednesday-Thursday and every other weekend) He uses the living room as his bedroom when he is here. I don’t drink and every once in a while dabble with gummies.
