Furnished spare room in 2/2

My spare room is available for rent in Boca Raton off lyons and palmetto. I'm looking for a responsible, respectful quiet roomate with no drama. It's a quiet, sort of in the cut apartment. I have one super chill and loving cat, no other animals are allowed. I work two jobs so I'm rarely home but on my days off I like to relax and enjoy my time reading, watching movies or laying in the sun. All utilities will be split evenly (electric, water and internet bill). The electric varies month to month between 100 and 180, water is $45 a month and internet is $80 a month. Will be around $150 a month First last and security is required upon move in. Minimum 6 month commitment required
