Hello! I’m looking for a female roommate to share a 2 bed / 2 bath apartment in Midtown (12 G St). Private 1 bed / 1 bath available in a 2x2 unit on the ground floor. Rent is $850, which includes utilities (water, sewer & trash), renter’s insurance, and a private parking space. I’ve been living here for the past 2 years and really love the area and the space. It’s a gated community, very green, peaceful, and calm away from traffic. The room will be available from late May to early June.
