Looking for a roommate to move-into this cute apartment/house I currently live in. The rent is $600 per person + utilities (which is super affordable when split by two). The house is mostly furnished so you'd only have to bring things for your room. But feel free to bring whatever your emotional support furniture is for the common areas. I want this to feel like your home too! Preferred move-in is end of June but can be flexible if we are a good fit. A little about me - I am an outgoing ambivert, I love to read, cook, hang out with friends, decorate my space (I have some plants), and I'll do anything fun. Big into working out and yoga. I also host friends sometimes but am very respectful of personal space and will always clean up. Will also be expecting similar things from my roommate, but I'd like to be friends for sure!
