Need Housemate

Need someone with a clean background and no evictions in the past 2 yrs who wants to rent a 4-5 bedroom home with me and my girls. OR a 3 bedroom rental in or near northern Fort Wayne for $800 a month or less. I currently rent a 2 bedroom home from AG Rentals for $800 a month and have a full time job. But they have 4-5 bedrooms available and my girl’s need their own rooms. But I can’t afford $1500-1600 in rent a month on my own. I have an older really sweet female dog named Bella, a cat name Tigger, a non venomous calm sweet snake and a hermit crab so you’d have to be ok with kids and pets.
