This is a Spanish- and English-speaking household and generally a quiet home. The ideal roommate is respectful, clean, and comfortable living in a calm, low-drama shared household environment. Location: The home is located close to the Market–Frankford Line (Blue Line / “El”), providing quick access to Center City, Temple University, and surrounding areas. This makes it a great option for students or professionals.
Move-in: First month’s rent and a security deposit are required at move-in.
