Hello everyone, I’m an incoming Resident physician currently looking for housing near SJH in Bethpage. I’m ideally looking for a Furnished 1 bd/1 ba apartment or studio. Budget: around $1,400–$1,600 Move-in date likely mid - late June 2026 Preferred areas: Bethpage, Farmingdale, Plainedge, Levittown. However I am open to nearby areas like Hicksville, Plainview, East Meadow, Massapequa, Seaford, etc. A little about me: • Single occupant, no pets or children• Non-smoker • Clean, quiet, and responsible • Will be working full-time Preferences (not required but a plus): • Furnished • Utilities included • In-unit or on- laundry • Safe and quiet neighborhood If anyone knows of available units, private rentals, or is looking for a tenant, I would really appreciate any leads.
