Seeking a female roommate to fill 1 bedroom in my 2-bed, 1-bath in Brooklyn. Looking for someone friendly and respectful of shared spaces. I work from home, so looking for someone who works hybrid or in-office to maintain balance in the apartment. About the apartment: 2nd floor walk-up, two-levels. You’d be taking the top bedroom, accessible from a small flight of stairs and with private closet space and balcony, which adds a nice bit of privacy. East-facing apartment with tons of natural light and high ceilings. Laundry next door, accessible through shared yard! About me: 26 y/o professional who sees the home as a quiet place to unwind after long work days. I’m pretty introverted/lowkey during the week, but I do enjoy the occasional dinner or movie night with my roommate and would love to find someone open to being friendly/friends! On weekends I like to read, paint, go on walks, and explore the city/go to shows. No pets and nonsmoking please.
