This room is perfect for those who value comfort, location, and a practical stay. We offer a private, quiet, and comfortable space with a bathroom inside the room. For your convenience, we recommend bringing your own personal toiletries kit. There are 4 other people living in the home, each in their own private room, ensuring an organized and respectful environment. During your stay, you can use the kitchen, dining area, and laundry room. In the kitchen, you will have an assigned space labeled with your room number to store your food, as well as space in the refrigerator and freezer. You may come and go freely at any time; we only ask that you keep the main entrance door securely closed for safety. To maintain a peaceful environment for everyone, parties and visitors are not allowed, and smoking is not permitted inside the house. If you smoke, you may do so outside only. These rules help ensure a comfortable rest for all guests. For safety, the home has two security cameras in common areas: one in the kitchen and dining area, and another on the second floor in the laundry area. These are the only cameras on the property and are installed solely for everyone’s security. You are welcome to use the dining area for your meals and the kitchen as long as you clean up after each use. Some food items are reserved for the host, but you will have your own designated space to store and prepare your own food. You will also have access to the laundry area, as well as free parking and access to the community pool.
