Looking for housing

Looking in midtown, downtown, west sac, east sac, oak Park, Tahoe Park, and arden arcade so we can have access to midtown. We are looking for a 2 preferably 3 bedroom because we both work from home and ideally a 2 bath with some sort of yard and at least a one car garage or storage and parking. If anyone hears of anything, please let us know. Our max budget ideally is 2400-2500. Thank you
