Desperately seeking a roommate ASAP

Hi, I am helping my 32 year old boyfriend find a roommate / a room to living for a little while. $800 is the highest he can go for now a month but hopefully higher in the future and he is hoping for lower at the moment. He is very friendly and cleans up after himself he does not drink or party. He's extremely kind he's just down on his luck and is looking for a place to stay for a while. If he ever were to have an overnight guest it would be just me his girlfriend of 5 years
