awesome basement suite downtown!

Bright Basement suite:
Right in the heart of downtown Kelowna on Richter and Doyle, 3 blocks from the beach. Utilities typically are under $50 a month. The bedroom is unfinished but there is a bed. I am 27 years old and a student at UBCO. I have a lab/mix dog named Josie, so someone who likes dogs is a must. I love walking the beach and on the trails. I’m very crafty and love making art. I try to spend most of my free time road tripping and camping during the nice weather. The monthly rent is $657 and the room is available now.
