I will have a furnished suite with private bath opening soon in North Richland Hills. This is a unique suite with your own designated living area, only shared spaces are kitchen and laundry. No overnight guests or smoking allowed. All bills paid with Internet and housekeeping every two weeks. Application fee is $40, refundable $500 less $75 cleaning fee, monthly rent $1000 with one year lease includes street parking. Call or text for video walk through. Thanks!
