Summer Sublease Available — Studio City, CA 1100/month Looking for someone to take over my lease from June 7th – August 7th! (could then continue for the next [REDACTED] bath apartment in Studio City with two awesome male roommates we’ve all been here for about 3 years, and it’s genuinely been such a great spot to live.
You’d be taking my room, which comes with its own private balcony, and own parking spot. The apartment has a great living space, and fully equipped kitchen. I’m heading home for the summer before starting school in the fall, so just looking for someone clean, responsible, and easygoing to enjoy the space. Also, am willing to leave all my furniture if you’d prefer.
