I am moving out of a three bedroom apartment in Costa Verde Village and we are looking for someone to fill the spot. The available room has great natural light, two spacious closets and a private bathroom. The utilities (water+internet+electricity) each month are ~100$/month. You’d be sharing a kitchen and living room with two other roommates. TL;DR: Bedroom with private bathroom $1615 looking to fill the place from May 10 (or a bit later). The lease ends by July 31, but the current roommates plan to extent. We would prefer to have a grad student, postdoc or working professional to occupy the space. The room can come with a desk, chair and lamp, as well as a one year-old queen size bed with mattress. Other amenities and perks include:

Deepak is a 26 year old biosci student in the fourth year of his PhD! He enjoys reading, cooking and playing tennis, basketball and volleyball. Sinclair graduated from UCSD in 2025 and currently works as a research associate in UCSD school of medicine. In his free time he likes to cook, hike, get boba and go outdoors.
