Room for Rent Starting in August

Hello everyone! I recently closed on a townhouse in Preston Hollow and I’m looking to rent out the master bedroom starting in early August. Rent is $1300/month and includes utilities + a covered carport parking spot. The community amenities include a pool and tennis courts. The location is convenient - about 15 minutes from Uptown, 10 minutes from Lower Greenville, and 5 minutes from Preston Hollow Village Shopping. Room is 16 x12, located on the second floor with a private bath and two walk-in closets. I do have two dogs already so unfortunately I cannot accept anymore pets.
