A little about the house:

It's a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with a backyard and lanai. Located in a quiet neighborhood in Sarasota, near Bee Ridge and Cattleman.

I'm 27 and an arts teacher, keep to myself, and don’t have a lot of company over.

The house includes laundry and common spaces like the kitchen and living room. Rent is $750/month plus utilities, which are usually $100 to $125/month. Landlords are very flexible, but prefer a 6 month or year lease.
